Milwaukee Travel Guide!

Hiii beautiful people! I am wrapping up my weekend in Milwaukee with Abigail for y'all! We had the BEST time ever exploring around downtown Milwaukee, Camp Wandawega, and recording our very first podcast episode (Shout out to our new podcast IG, @the_wandererspodcast -- go give us a follow so you can see when our first episode drops!). Our priority on this trip was to capture some amazing content for y'all and we did exactly that! 3,000+ photos to be exact.... so we spent a majority of our nights going through SD cards lol! My VLOG from the trip is below if you'd like to check it out!

The very first night we stayed at the beautiful Pfister hotel in downtown Milwaukee. We got spoiled with the presidential suite that had a full bar set up, a mood coloring shower, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, and my all time favorite, the Bidet toilet lol.

After grabbing some lunch, we made a pit stop at Badger Crossfit where we had a killer workout with the owner, Tyler! We did a circuit and some strength training and it was everything we needed to feel energized for the weekend! After finding out we were all coffee snobs, we had to make a special trip over to Valentine Coffee Shop for my first "Cortada" -- HEAVEN IN A CUP! Check out my reel from our workout, by clicking here!

After coffee, it was time to take off to Elkhorn, WI for our weekend at Camp Wandawega! This camp describes Abbi & myself PERFECTLY. We are country girls that love to hunt, be adventurous, and take some gnarly photos while we are at it!

We stayed at the "Hillhouse" cabin where it was unbelievably gorgeous and a bloggers dream for social media content. It sits on the highlands overlooking Camp Wandawega, on the edge of the scenic Wandawega Woods. It is a modern renovation of a 1930s summer cabin. Filled with vintage charm, it also offers many modern comforts and amenities. We also visited some other vintage cabins at the camp such as the Bunkhouse, the Treehouse, the Speakeasy, and of course the Snow Mobile. The ground was FILLED with snow so it made for a beautiful landscape to get some winter fashion shots too! Camp Wandawega also is a space that offers: Excursion programming, Counselor-Led programming, Provisions, Weddings, Culinary, Retreats, and much more!

Abbi and I's priority at Camp Wandawega was to shoot for a PR project as they are releasing an exciting new space at their camp (The Cantina!). Camp Wandawega was discovered in the Prohibition era and has so much history to offer it's visitors. We got a tour of the space when we first arrived and the stories were so interesting and unique to Camp Wandawega!

Thank you SO much to Camp Wandawega for having us this weekend! If you are ever traveling to the Milwaukee area, you have to make a stop at Camp Wandawega and stay in one of their beautiful cabins for a getaway!

We want to send a special thank you to the sponsors for this trip: Tanceuticals, The Beautique, Red Dress Boutique, and DIFF Eyewear.
