Squeeze the day away
I've always been dying to try a juice cleanse but never wanted to spend $100+ on buying drinks and supplements to do it. So, I found these at Wal Mart and you can get enough for three days worth of drinks for under $40! Such a good deal and THEY WORK! I'm definitely not saying its easy but you won't feel like you're going to faint in the middle of work or anything tragic. You're going to be hungry and you're stomach won't let ya forget it.
In order to stay as full as possible during the cleanse, I try to drink at least an eight oz cup of water in between each juice. You are allowed to drink between five and seven juices a day depending on how your body is feeling. Be sure to space them out according to your schedule which should typically be about one drink every two to three hours. You can also add in a little protein shake after your workout to be sure you're recovering properly. Oh yeah.... NO GUM! DO NOT CHEW ANYTHING! This was the hardest part for me because I simply just wanted to chew on something and I couldn't.
So juices, water, and coffee/protein shake (if needed) and THATS IT! I'm so excited to hear about how you all like it!
