Arizona Hotspots Travel Guide!

WOW! That is all I have to say about this trip y'all! Arizona exceeded my expectations ten fold. There are not many locations that I could actually see being a future home -- THIS WAS IT! Abbi and I traveled during "peak season" -- the months of March/April -- due to the beautiful weather and Spring Training (so it was poppin' to say the least). I absolutely fell in love with Arizona and we rounded up some hotspots for you to check out! (full VLOG, Outfits, and BIG SURPRISE at the end FYI!)

The Camby Hotel Autograph Collection

We started our trip off at the most luxurious hotel in the heart of downtown Phoenix, The Camby Hotel! It is the most talked out, blogged about (wink wink), posted about location in Arizona. We had a gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain right outside our window and they even knocked on our door to gift us the cutest welcome baskets (that's where my adorable stuffed Camel came from that every person in the airport asked me about lol!). This unique urban retreat has top-of-the-line amenities: A full size gym to keep your health goals on track, reinvented dining scene to grab a bite, and an outdoor pool with bar access to catch some Arizona rays! The Camby Hotel also has a variety of indoor and outdoor venue options for weddings, special functions, and business meetings/workshops. With the most prime location, you can find shops, sports, culture, restaurants, and entertainment all within close walking distance -- & it's a hop skip and a jump from Downtown Scottsdale. Our stay at The Camby Hotel Autograph Collection was comfortable, memorable, and pleasantly unique. You can book your reservation online or give them a call to find the perfect space for your stay! Hash Kitchen

Every single person we spoke to prior to our trip, said that Hash Kitchen is a MUST! Let me just say, we went on the perfect day -- DJ Iceman was there doing his thaaang and we were LIVING lol! We ordered a variety of dishes and drinks: the strawberry glitter bomb mimosa, reese's peanut butter cup cocktail, billionaire's bacon, shrimp & grits hash, and the chilaquiles! They are known as Arizona's Biggest Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary bar! If you're not into "The Brunch Life" scene but want to try the food, hit up their online ordering service! Not to mention, they do events & catering! Check out their variety of locations around Arizona to see which is closest to you! (IG: @hashkitchen)

Our first night in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, we decided to explore a little bit of the night life -- cause why not?! The locals highly recommended Old Town Scottsdale, so we went for it (we went to Bottled Blonde lol!). This style of night life is definitely for all of the social butterflies out there -- we had so much fun! Check out their website for the best bars and clubs in Old Town Scottsdale here!

Camelback Mountain

On our second day, we hiked Camelback Mountain! So without even knowing it, Abbi and I went up the "advanced" path. Which made sense considering it wasn't exactly "open to the public" on that trail path and we only saw 1 other person on a beautiful Phoenix morning (I guess we misread all of those signals lol!). We had the joy of legitimately rock climbing -- and truthfully, it was SO worth it. We blared some music and cruised right on up to the top. Abbi and myself are very outdoorsy and love adventuring no matter what it takes. If you're not into that, I'd suggest taking the other path to the top. Ya know, the one where all the people flock to and there are signs that say "This way to Camelback Mountain"... yeah that one haha. Read more about Camelback Mountain and more of what do to in Phoenix, here! At the end of our 8 mile journey, we stopped into the grab-n-go breakfast at The Camby hotel. Feeling refreshed, we took a few more photos and made our way to Sedona! (IG: @hikecamelback and @visitphoenix)

Hertz

Our next adventure was in Sedona, AZ! Sedona is about 2 hours north of Phoenix. Thankfully, we had our spacious Mazda from Hertz to help us get there! They offer a variety of styles, reward programs, and are located all around the nation. Hertz was so convenient, and accommodating of our needs! (IG: @hertz)

The Amara Resort and Spa

Sedona, we have arrived! We pulled up to the Amara Resort and immediately felt like queens. It is tucked along the banks of Oak Creek Canyon like a secret sanctuary with an urban vibe. The amenities are limitless -- they offer a full service spa, fitness room, an outdoor infinity heated pool + hot tub, pet friendly rooms, access to top rated golf courses, and the ultimate southwest dining experience at SaltRock Kitchen! You can even grab one of the Amara bikes and explore the buzzing Uptown Sedona! Let's not forget the courtyard lawn games and glorious sunsets over Red Rock. They offer a variety of packages based on your travel goals such as: Sedona Adventure, Girls Getaway, Amara Wellness Package, Eat "Stay" Love, etc. They also provide space for weddings, business meetings, and events. The Amara Resort and Spa was MAGICAL! We can't wait to return and check out their newly renovated rooms soon. The Amara Resort and Spa is surely a sunny and social gem! Ricardo Beverly Hills

Abbi and myself traveled with the most perfect luggage pieces from Ricardo Beverly Hills. We both have the luxury Aileron collection (I have the blue, Abbi has the silver) and it was a lifesaver on our trip! It is indestructible, maneuverable, has TSA approved locks, premium dual spinner wheels, and designed for superior comfort. The interior has a shimmer metallic finish, convenient compartment dividers with tie down straps, and a clamp closure system so your belongings are safe and secure. This sophisticated luggage exactly what I had been looking for for my 2021 travel! Not to mention, Ricardo Beverly Hills also provides an array of other travel accessories such as toiletry bags, organizers, totes, and more. You can use code "Amber200" to get $200 off the Aileron collection -- Shop here! (IG: @ricardotravel)

Arizona State Parks

While we were in Sedona, we stopped by Red Rock State Park! The scenery was absolutely STUNNING! They have trails that lead to the Oak Creek, an abundance of plants and wildlife, and of course unique photo opportunities. Some other state parks to check out are: Slide Rock, Dead Horse Ranch, Verde River, and so many more! Shout out to Arizona State Parks for sharing all the hotspots to visit! Check out their website to explore more about the Arizona State Parks. (IG: @azstateparks)

The Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon has been on my bucket list for the longest time -- and I was finally able to cross it off! It is truly as beautiful as everyone says it is, and the photos don't even do it justice. We went for the sunset and it was breathtaking. There are a variety of paths and backroads you can take to see the Grand Canyon from different viewpoints. It is located about 2 hours from Sedona, so if you have the time to go I would highly recommend it. Oh also, be on the lookout for the Deer mules! They pop up everywhere around the Canyon! Abbi and I have already decided our next "to do" is to hike The Grand Canyon on our trip to Colorado this year -- Can't wait! (IG: @grandcanyonnps).
